We Have an Easy 3 Steps Process of
FINANCE, LAND AND HOME
1. FINANCE
Before your journey can start, we will make sure that you are able to obtain finance. If you have bad credit we will endeavour to fix it. We will also be able to help if you are struggling to get a deposit.
2. LAND
We work closely and have good relationships with all the major land developers around Perth. This allows us to find you the perfect block that fits within your budget, exactly where you want it.
3. HOME
We have over 50 home designs to choose from, ranging from all different sizes to suit any budget and need. Even on blocks that may look difficult to fit a house on, we can design it to fit! We can add, subtract and customise things you do and don’t like and can make it the perfect home for you!
